Tricia E. Habert received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Drew University in 1990 and her Juris Doctorate from The Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in 1993. While in law school, she was an editor of the Law Review and author of the published article, Day-In-The-Life and Surveillance Videos: The Use of Videotaped Evidence in Personal Injury Lawsuits, Dickinson Law Review, 1994. Ms. Habert was admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in 1993. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Habert's practice encompasses all litigation matters relating to construction defects, product liability, toxic torts, premises liability, automobile and general negligence, professional malpractice, contract disputes, public entity tort litigation, insurance coverage, and appellate practice. She practices before the state and federal courts as well as intercompany arbitration forums. She regularly presents seminars to clients and industry professionals with respect to legal principles and ways to avoid litigation in their businesses.
Ms. Habert is a member of the New Jersey State and Camden County Bar Associations, the New Jersey Defense and the South Jersey Claims Associations and the New Jersey Supreme Court District IIIA Ethics Committee.
