Sara K. Saltsman joined the firm as an associate in 2011. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Union College in 1998, Magna Cum Laude, and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. She received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2001. Upon graduation, she practiced real estate law at a small firm in Albany, New York. She then served as an Assistant General Counsel for the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services, where she handled employment matters for several City agencies. Ms. Saltsman's current litigation practice focuses on a variety of areas, including toxic torts, construction defect, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, general negligence and appellate practice.
Ms. Saltsman is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the Camden County Bar Associations.
